What do I need to get started?
You’ll need a compatible waterless diffuser and a Mountain Cozee waterless diffuser oil. Individual oils and the standalone diffuser are sold separately. Prefer a complete setup? Explore our starter sets and check each set’s listed contents before ordering.
How do I choose a fragrance without smelling it first?
Start with the mood you enjoy: Bear Lake Breeze for fresh lake air and a warm woodsy finish; Iced Vanilla Woods for creamy vanilla, woods and cool spice; Driftwood Summit for a bold woodsy atmosphere. For fall, choose Mountain Orchard for apple and evergreen, Smoked Pumpkin Ridge for pumpkin, pecan and mahogany, or October Hollow for spiced fruit and warm woods. Can I use diffuser oil on my dryer balls or in a water-based diffuser?
No. Our waterless diffuser oils are intended for compatible waterless nebulizing diffusers only. Dryer ball fragrance oil is a separate product. Do not substitute one for the other or add waterless diffuser oil to a water-based diffuser.
What is the shelf life of your fragrance oil?
Our fragrance oils have a shelf life of four years. Shelf life refers to storage life, rather than how long a bottle lasts while your diffuser is running.
Will this oil work in my waterless diffuser?
Our diffuser oils are designed for compatible waterless nebulizing diffusers. Check your device manufacturer’s instructions for permitted fragrance oils before using them; compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every device.
Are these essential oils or fragrance oils?
These are fragrance oils for home scenting in compatible waterless diffusers. They are not sold as pure essential oils.
How should I store my diffuser oil?
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle out of reach of children and pets. Our oils have a shelf life of four years.
What if I don’t love the fragrance I choose?
Email mountaincozee@gmail.com with your order number and the fragrance you purchased. We’ll replace the diffuser oil you don’t love with a different fragrance or provide a full refund for that oil.
